Currently, observing microorganisms and biological molecules are hot topic among in-situ electron microscopy. Using cutting-edge liquid cell technology, our group is studying various bacteria and biologicals, such as, protein or DNA, simulating in-vivo conditions. Overcoming weak point of conventional graphene liquid cells, our group is striving to develop adopting structure-assisted structures, functionalized nitrides, and graphene veil cells.
